Sleeping Baby

Who doesn't  love the sight of a sleeping baby?

Poor Reid fell asleep in the high chair...

On a sort of sad note, Mike officially lowered the cribs today. The boys are moving around a lot and we figured it was time.  It just seems like the crib lowering snuck up on us so quick this time around. Just sad to think they are growing up so fast.

Three Amigos!

Just thought this picture was cute. Grace got a huge kick out of wearing Joe's pajamas.

All Bundled Up

We are trying to take a few last trips to the park before it's too cold. These snow suits just make me laugh every time I see them on. They are way too big for now but super warm and comfy.

Playdough

We had some time to waste the other day so I decided to take a trip to Target with all three kids by myself.  I know...what was I thinking right? It actually wasn't that bad though. The boys were in the double snap and go stroller.  I figured it would be best to let Grace walk to burn some energy. She behaved so perfectly walking right next to the stroller and holding on the whole time. She was such an angel! I love moments like that, so I decided to buy her some playdough for her acting like such a big girl.

The Playdough was a huge hit and kept her busy for awhile.....

Having a taste....

Silly face and silly headband....

Got to love that face and those adorable dimples.

6 Months

My babies are 6 months old already. Where has the time gone???

I can remember the first ultrasound like it was just yesterday. I will never forget that day and I how felt at that very moment. I had dreamed of having twins for as long as I can possibly remember and my dream was becoming reality.

I was blessed with an uncomplicated pregnancy and on May 24, 2010 Jack Michael and Reid Michael were born. They were born 2 days short of 36 weeks and they were perfectly healthy. Jack weighed in at 5lbs 13ounces and Reid weighed in at 5lbs 8ounces. They were perfect, tiny, and just adorable.  Best of all we had two of them!

Fast forward 6 months and here we are on Halloween. Jack was a dinosaur and Reid was a monkey.

The last six months have been super busy around our house and the boys are growing up before my eyes. I want to just freeze them at this very moment and enjoy every minute of this baby phase. Since they will most likely be my last I want to just snuggle them to pieces and cherish these moments.

Here are a few things about the twins at 6 months:

They both love to eat.
They both love to sit in their bouncy seats
They both love their baths.
They both are rolling over now and have started to sleep on their tummy.
They both love stroller rides and car rides.
They both love their big sister Grace.
They both are quick to give a smile and a giggle.
They are both happy and easy going babies.
They both are now sleeping through the night.
They both love to be held and snuggled.

I can't imagine not having both of them in our lives! I hope they grow up to become the best of friends.
